Boot Camp Classes are from 45 to 60 minutes and all circuits offer a variety of difficulty to accommodate all levels of fitness. We offer two separate Boot Camp Classes including one for kids on Monday to Fridays (see schedule below). All classes begin with static stretching to warm up the body and finish with a cool down. Our Boot Camp Class workout technique is based on cardio, circuit, and strength training. Even though many of the exercises are derived from military circles all training is tailored to each individuals ability. Boot Camp Classes are held indoor and/or outdoor if weather permits.
